All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your event date and cover initial planning costs including custom template design.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date: deposit forfeited, remaining balance not charged. Cancellations within 30 days: 50% of total package price is due. Cancellations within 7 days: full balance is due.
We will accommodate one free rescheduling request made at least 14 days before the event, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.
In the rare event of equipment failure that prevents us from providing services, we will provide a full refund of all payments received. We carry backup equipment to all events to minimize this risk.
