What Happens to Your Photos After the Event?

The confetti has settled. The cake is gone. Your Aunt Linda is still talking about how she nailed her pose. And somewhere in the back of your mind, a little voice is asking: "Wait... where did all those photo booth pictures go?"

Great question. And honestly, the answer is one of our favorite parts of what we do. Here's everything that happens to your photos — and why it's way more exciting than you might think.

First: Your Photos Are Ready Almost Immediately

No waiting. No "we'll email you in 6–8 weeks." At VA Shoreline Events, your guests walk away from the booth with prints in hand at the event. Our DSLR-quality booth prints on the spot — crisp, beautiful, and ready to stick on the fridge before the night is even over.

But the fun doesn't stop there.

Your Online Gallery: The Gift That Keeps Giving

Here's where things get really good. During your event, every single photo taken in the booth gets uploaded to an online gallery in real time — your own little corner of the internet where all the memories live together in one place.

Think of it like a highlight reel that builds itself while you're still on the dance floor.

📸
What's in the gallery?

Every photo, every strip, every silly moment — all of them. Even the ones where someone blinked. (Especially those ones. Those are the best.)

🔗
How do you access it?

We send you a link. That's it. Click it, and there's your gallery. No app to download, no account to create, no tech headaches.

👀
Who can see it?

Only people with your link can view it — so you're in control of who gets to relive the night.

⬇️
Can guests download their photos?

Yes! Anyone with the link can download full-resolution versions directly from the gallery — for free, instantly, on their phone or computer. No watermarks. No fees. Just great photos.

How long does it stay up?

Your gallery stays live so you have plenty of time to download, share, and show your mom approximately 47 times.

Sharing Made Easy

Once you've got your gallery link, sharing is effortless. Text it to family and friends who couldn't make it, drop it in a group chat and watch the reactions roll in, or post your favorites directly to Instagram or Facebook. Every photo is full resolution, so they'll look just as good on a big screen as they did coming out of the printer.

What About the Prints?

Your guests take those home the same night — that's the whole magic of a live photo booth. But if you're the host, many of our packages include a guest book where a duplicate print gets added throughout the night, so you end up with a physical keepsake of every single visit to the booth.

It's basically a scrapbook that builds itself while you're busy enjoying your party. You're welcome.
